During this session, a certified lactation consultant will discuss what to expect in the early days, how to establish a strong milk supply, proper latch and positioning techniques, and how to recognize feeding cues. It’s also a great time to address any past feeding challenges, medical concerns, or special circumstances. This proactive support builds confidence and lays the foundation for a positive feeding experience.
