About Insurance Coverage

We are In-Network with Aetna, cigna, and uhc. We accept insurance only for office visits. Unfortunately, due to recent insurance changes, we can not offer home visits for any insurance plans. If you choose our self-pay option, we will provide a superbill outlining the services and fees for the visit. You can also submit this superbill to your insurance to request reimbursement. We do not guarantee Reimbursement, since each plan differs, including what it covers.
