Service Description

This initial consult will take place in the home and is approximately 90 minutes. An assessment of the breastfeeding dyad will be completed as well as a detailed feeding plan that includes comfort measures and positioning adjustments. A superbill will be provided to self-pay clients, and any reports will be faxed to care provider at client's request.
