About Insurance Coverage

We are contracted with TLN to provide Insurance coverage for participating plans. You can submit your information via the link below to see if you're covered. if you choose to utilize our self pay option we will provide you with a superbill, this will outline the list of services and fees for the visit. This superbill can also be submitted to your insurance to seek reimbursement. We DO not guarantee Reimbursement since each plan is different including what is covered.
